Got Rain?

So...what do I need to build an ark? MD, VA and DC are into Day 6 of the "rainstorm that won't go away". DC has declared a state of emergency because of flooding, power lines down, mudslides and the like. I'm sure the Brits and those from Seattle are feeling right at home with all this rain. Today started out sunny, but guess what? Yep, it's raining yet again. Haven't seen the top of the mountain for days and it's only a mile away. Rain more, drink more - hey! I sense a pattern here. Oops, gotta go - my rubber ducky is hitting the Jack again.
