Training update
Hard to believe it's been a month already...my how time flies. Nothing major going on - switched to the S.H.I.T. hash and prepping for my next move. Work is great, if not a little boring - but hey, more recovery time!
Have updated my training as follows:
Weight training 3 days per week - light weight/high reps
Running 20-25 miles per week
Walking/Hiking as I can fit it in
Weight: 215 on my way down to 197
Body fat: 19.1%
